Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items in new and unworn condition. Items on sale are final and cannot be returned. Please note customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges. to start a return or exchange please contact us at info@saviantglobal.com.
I received a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product, what should I do?
If your package arrived with damages, please contact the associated shipping provider to open a dispute. Saviant is not responsible for packages after we've handed them off to the postal carrier.
If your package arrived safely but the items are damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect, we would be happy to arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund if necessary.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to over 170+ different countries. For international orders, the address must be written in english. Our local postal carrier will return packages if they are not written in english.
Some countries may charge additional fees like customs duties and taxes. Saviant is not responsible for paying or reimbursing any customs duties or fees applied by your country.
I entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong size, what can I do?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will gladly change your address, or switch the size if its available. If your order has already been shipped unfortunately there is nothing we can do. you can try and contact the carrier and see if they are able to change it for you.
